Pull mode polls your server’s query port from our infrastructure, so nothing runs on your machine. Push mode uses the Minecraft plugin or the @tickr.gg/sdk client: outbound HTTPS only, batched every 5 seconds, no inbound ports, no database on your box.
Player identities are pseudonymous game identifiers (UUIDs / SteamIDs), not personal accounts. We store no emails or IPs of your players, and per-player data can be erased on request.
Yes. Plans are month-to-month (or yearly at −10%) and you can cancel in one click. Your data stays visible within the Free plan’s 7-day window, and raw history is retained for at least 90 days, so upgrading back restores it.
