Information we collect
We collect and process information only as needed to provide the Service and only in response to explicit user actions.
When you ask the Service to complete a task, it may process files, application data, system context, account details, or other user-provided information needed for that task.
- Limited account metadata, such as first name, last name, and user-provided profile details.
- Task-specific content and system context that you explicitly permit the Service to access.
- No sale of personal data, behavioral advertising, contact list collection, precise location tracking, or background system monitoring.
How we use information
We use information to operate, maintain, secure, and provide the Service. This includes performing tasks you request, providing contextual assistance, and improving reliability and security.
We do not use your personal data for advertising, marketing profiles, behavioral tracking, or training shared public or third-party AI models.
Retention and deletion
The Service is designed around zero retention by default. System data and content are processed transiently, and long-term logs of files, system activity, or user actions are not maintained.
Temporary task data is deleted when it is no longer needed to complete the task or within a maximum of 30 days. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
Security and service providers
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access controls, isolated processing environments, and operational monitoring.
We may use third-party providers for infrastructure, AI inference, and service operations. These providers act on our behalf and are restricted from using data for their own purposes.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict processing of, withdraw consent for, or request portability of your personal data.
