We are hiring a Junior Photo Editor to join the design team working for a client focused on executing auctions related to watches, jewellery, and other fashion accessories.  

The ideal candidate is a person who genuinely loves photography, is detail-oriented, and consistently strives to deliver outstanding value.


Office: Tetovo and Skopje
 

 

Role Description:

  • Responsible for adjusting lighting, improving image quality, and precisely removing backgrounds to deliver clean and professional visual content.

 


Requirements:

Personal

  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Collaborates well within a team, while also being capable of working independently to meet established deadlines;
  • Good time management and prioritization abilities;
  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks with high consistency;
  • Willingness to learn and improve editing techniques;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Self-driven and understands the significance of maintaining a structured approach.

 

Technical

  • 1 year of experience working in Adobe Photoshop;
  • Familiarity with Lightroom, Bridge, Premiere, or CapCut is considered beneficial;
  • Understanding of retouching, color correction, and color grading;
  • Ability to adjust exposure, contrast, and remove imperfections;
  • Understanding of photo composition and improving image quality while maintaining natural aesthetics;
  • Ability to follow an established visual style and company editing standards.

 

Responsibilities

  • Ability to remove and refine white backgrounds from product images;
  • Maintain visual consistency across multiple images of the same product;
  • Follow company editing guidelines and standards;
  • Retouching, colour correction, and colour grading;
  • Use Adjustment Layers with focus on Curves and Levels for tonal correction, exposure balancing, and contrast control;
  • Work confidently with highlights, midtones, and shadows to achieve balanced and accurate tonal results
  • Apply Color Balance corrections for accurate and consistent color representation
  • Maintain strong attention to detail, precision, and product accuracy.
