The Forum Teacher of the Month Nomination

An involved community partner, The Forum, reached out to Rowan-Salisbury Schools to sponsor monthly recognition awards for outstanding certified and classified staff members.

The Forum will give the selected certified (teacher, counselor, administrator, etc) AND classified (teacher assistant, data manager, treasurer, school nutrition, custodian, etc) staff members $250, a six-month membership to The Forum, and a 5-class pass for SoFul Yoga and Wellness at Railwalk.

Nomination Criteria:

Nominations may only be submitted by RSS parents or students.
Explanation in the form below should include why the parent or student feels the staff member deserves special recognition.
Staff may be nominated more than once, but are only eligible to win once per academic school year.
