The AI coding token usage leaderboard.
TokenBoard is a leaderboard for AI coding usage. It turns local agent activity into token counts, sessions, messages, model mix, and estimated cost, so you can compare rankings and share stats.
Install TokenBoard
Run this command in your terminal. It installs TokenBoard locally and opens the browser sign-in flow.
curl -fsSL https://token-board.com/install.sh | shUsage leaderboard
Compare reported AI coding usage across users, models, and observed skills with sortable metrics.
| Rank | User | Tokens | Sessions | Cost |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | H*** C*** | 1.38B | 342 | $1.05K |
| 2 | a***a | 982.4M | 211 | $743 |
| 3 | m***k | 756.9M | 188 | $566 |
| 4 | r***n | 421.7M | 96 | $318 |
Yearly activity heatmap
A full activity grid shows streaks, quiet weeks, and burst periods at a glance. It turns raw token reports into a pattern people can understand quickly.
Click any activity square to inspect the sessions behind that day.
Open a single day to see session timing, model mix, token breakdowns, messages, and estimated cost while prompts and code stay off the page.
Turn your usage into a vertical card people can actually post.
A compact weekly proof card highlights tokens, active days, messages, estimated cost, tool mix, and recent activity without showing prompts or code.
Report usage. Compare rankings. Share proof.
TokenBoard turns client-reported AI coding usage into privacy-aware leaderboards for developers, models, and observed skills.
Usage leaderboards
Compare reported token totals, sessions, messages, estimated cost, models, and observed skills across participating users.
Complete usage history
Recent activity stays fresh first, then older local sessions are backfilled over time until all available history is covered.
Model cost estimates
See estimated spend by model, user, and activity period so token totals turn into costs you can understand and compare.
Pluggable collectors
The CLI reads local Codex and Claude Code session telemetry and reports usage totals without uploading prompts or responses. More AI coding agents can be added without changing the leaderboard model.
Shareable proof cards
Turn your TokenBoard profile into a social card with usage totals, active days, and a recent activity grid.
Private by default
TokenBoard stores reported metrics and hashes. Prompt text, assistant output, command output, and raw local session IDs stay local.
Questions before installing
The first version is intentionally narrow: login, supported local collectors, and leaderboards.
