- Important changes in 2021+ event weight voting: now only teams who participated at least in 2 events can vote. Votes accepted from members who joined those teams before the event.

- Login via Twitter works again now.
- Now organizers can edit events after approval. Still require moderation after editorial. Also, you can mark an event as "casual" and it will not get any rating weight.
- Event voting changes: now if some CTF missed 18 months window their weight still starts from 0 but max voting weight is kept.
- Some CTFs had to shift their events time this year b/c of all this COVID situation. To keep event weights consistent with previous years we decided to increase time window b/w events used for weight calculation to 18 months.
