    Attacking oil refineries should be at the outer limit of legitimate targets for Ukraine's drones and missiles, IMO. When warehouses and logistics hubs are targeted, not only are civilians harmed, but Ukraine's reputation is damaged.

    Much to agree with here, plus 1. We still struggle w/ the flexible/itinerant nature of the gift of evangelist/apostle 2. Decrease in ch planting has followed more 'pastor-theologian' leadership training routes partnering w/ established education providers.
