At a student protest at The New School, NYPD was caught on camera removing a handcuffed woman from a police car to unbutton her shirt and grope her chest multiple times. NYPL is closed on Sundays, but NYPD gets millions of dollars in overtime to violate women. 📸 @democracynow

He was being held in a prison and had no ability to make any choices about seeking his own healthcare, food, water, sleep, mobility, mental health, and exercise. So yes, ICE is responsible for his well-being while in custody.
