In the past 15 years, every language that's gone mainstream is either:
- Not OOP (e.g. I wouldn't call Go or Rust Object-Oriented), or...
- Unavoidably OO because it deeply integrates with an existing OO language (e.g. Kotlin, Swift, TypeScript)
Is OOP becoming legacy tech? 🤔
