How do you release music on UnitedMasters?
+You can distribute your music with UnitedMasters in 3 easy steps:
1. Create a UnitedMasters account: Join UnitedMasters SELECT or DEBUT+ to distribute your music to 150+ streaming platforms. Choose between distributing to an existing Spotify and Apple Music page, or releasing on new profiles.
2. Upload your music: Upload your music files and metadata such as track titles, album artwork, and collaborators.
3. Confirm the details & submit: Enter the release details, add collaborators to share royalties, and submit.
Does UnitedMasters copyright your music?
+UnitedMasters does not copyright music. UnitedMasters provides an automatic copyright notice for releases streamed through our platform. We use the "Label" information you provide during the submission process. If no "Label" information is provided, we will use the name in your Artist profile. If you prefer, you can include a copyright notice on album covers or other appropriate places. For musical work, a copyright notice can be as simple as: © Year of first publication and the copyright owner's name. For legal advice, consult a licensed professional.
How long does it take UnitedMasters to approve a song?
+UnitedMasters DEBUT+ and SELECT artists can choose an available release date for song releases. Release dates as soon as 2-5 business days after submission are available. Exact release dates within 7 calendar days of submission are not guaranteed. Once a song or music is approved, it should be live in music streaming services within 5 business days. You can track progress and control your catalog through the UnitedMasters platform.

Through UnitedMasters, independent artists can distribute their music, access advanced analytics to understand their fan base, and tap into sync opportunities with the world's biggest brands, all while retaining full ownership of their art and 100% of their royalties.
How much does UnitedMasters pay per stream?
+Royalties are deposited to your UnitedMasters Wallet, but can vary depending on the streaming service or music store. Your Wallet will reflect the available balance that you can cash out. DEBUT+ and SELECT members can cash out at any time as long as their balance is enough to cover processing fees. To cash out your UnitedMasters Wallet, you will need to complete the Wallet setup, including an account to deposit the funds.
How do you edit a release on UnitedMasters?
+Submitted or live releases can be edited on UnitedMasters. For music that's live on music stores or streaming services, submit a takedown request through UnitedMasters. Make the edits to the release and resubmit the revised track in the correct order. To preserve streaming data, ensure you submit the revised release with the same metadata for each track.
