Sunday Reset with Coach Shay

Led by sound practitioner and yoga instructor Coach Shay, this breathing and somatic movement workshop will contemplate embodied devotion. Taking inspiration from the Institute of Contemporary Art’s current exhibition, “A World in the Making: The Shakers,” Coach Shay will guide participants through 90 minutes of breathwork, intentional movement, and deep stillness.
