Employment services

Our team will support you in finding a job that aligns with your skills and passion. Through 1-on-1 sessions, you’ll receive:

Career exploration and skills assessments

Personalized job leads

Ongoing support from a dedicated career navigator, who will stay in contact with you regularly

Training opportunities

We partner with 130+ training providers offering programs in the classroom, online, or through apprenticeships.

Certified Nursing Assistant (ATA College)

• 5-week accelerated training program
• Schedule: Mon. – Fri., 8 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
• Program dates: Sep. 14 – Oct. 16, 2026
• Receive classroom instruction and supervised clinical training needed to begin a career in healthcare.

Who Can Apply

Eligibility criteria

To qualify for our training and job search services, you must be:

Age 18+

Resident of San Diego County

Low income or unemployed, or have exhausted unemployment benefits

Your commitment

By participating in any of our trainings, you will:

• Be ready to pursue training or actively job search
• Stay engaged with your career navigator, responding within 3 business days (we will do the same)
• Participate in quarterly follow-ups after training or job placement
