Our Process
Step One: Discuss Options
Contact a member of our team directly or complete the easy-to-submit consignment inquiry form on our website. Once your request is received, we begin to discuss selling options, identifying the approach best suited to you and your collector car(s).
Step Two: Commit to a Plan
After options are reviewed with terms and venue are agreed upon, you’ll sign a consignment agreement that clearly outlines all details related to offering your vehicle(s) at a Broad Arrow auction.
Step Three: Experience the Broad Arrow Process
With a signed consignment agreement in place, the Broad Arrow team gets to work, conducting detailed research, that informs a carefully crafted description, and arranging professional photography. Together, these elements are used alongside best-in-class marketing to bring your car to the global market. Our team also assists with shipping, staging, title and administrative needs, and pre-auction preparation, ensuring your car is presented at its best on auction day.
Step Four: See the Results
Following the sale, we facilitate payment from the buyer and coordinate the release of your car(s) along with any accompanying documentation or items. Proceeds are remitted in the weeks following the auction, with clear and consistent communication maintained throughout the process.
