Project Highlight: Kentland Community Center
Comprised of exposed steel, ACM panels, brick and natural stone veneer on the exterior, Kentland Community Center’s interior includes daylight harvesting, active and passive solar design, water efficient fixtures, energy-efficient HVAC and lighting systems, and life-cycle costing with durability of materials.
Project Highlight: Spartan Surfaces
As a great example of a design/build project, the 43,000 SF former Aegis Building in downtown Bel Air was transformed to a contemporary space to provide a headquarters for Spartan Surfaces, incorporating their brand and products in their work place.
