I've got just the thing for those of you who made a resolution or a promise to yourself to learn more about: - The importance of investing in loyal audiences - How to nurture the communities you create - The impact of AI and other tools that are sparking innovation and disruption across industries - Pulling back the curtain on revenue and what is (and isn't) working All of that and more will be part of a course I created with Edmaker. We have a fantastic lineup of experts including Madeleine White, Gabriel Sands, Jennifer Mizgata, Niko Price, Francisco Guzman, Panos Sarlanis and yours truly. The course starts next week and runs for three weeks. It's open to anyone and there's still time to sign up. More details here: https://lnkd.in/eFf6usXn

One of the most dynamic parts of working in education is that our content focus shifts with people’s needs. In media, digital strategy has been a moving target for many organizations. And everyone is looking for new business opportunities. Two new courses we’re developing in our partnership with The Associated Press address both of these concerns. We’re excited to pilot Digital Strategy and Content Creation (https://lnkd.in/gF6emjSA) and The World Cup Effect: Opportunities for Media, Business and Communities (https://lnkd.in/ggFmj2HM), topics that drive toward change and opportunity. We have several other courses in the works for 2026. As always, we’re looking for collaborators who want to bring their new ideas to life in the form of learning. Please share our work with people who could benefit from it, and let us know of any organization that would love to launch education but needs help with the heavy lifting.

We want to step outside of Zoom to tell you that we're grateful for you. The saying goes that "people don't have ideas; ideas have people." And we have the best people in our orbit: clients, students, friends, and family. The best part of this year has been learning alongside all of you. Thank you for being part of our community. Cheers to a new year filled with ideas we can all share.

GreenWave’s new Kelp Nursery Operations Manual brings together years of hands-on experience, tested methods, and practical tools to help operators produce stronger seed and run more resilient nurseries. Developed with support from Alaska Sea Grant and the Alaska Mariculture Research & Training Center, the manual offers step-by-step guidance for every stage of nursery operations, from sorus collection to contamination management.
