Last week Julianna Fricchione Johnson, PMP and I hosted our first Plan Your Launch, Launch Your Plan workshop in Vancouver in Thinkific HQ... And I think it went so much better than I could've imagined! That was truly such a beautiful workshop where everyone walked away with a 60-day launch plan with their signature offers & lead magnets and what tools they need to make it all happen. All while sipping on matchas, making new connections, and taking cute photos thanks to our photos queen Hannah Douglass van Zanten! P.S.: If you are in Nashville in October... WE ARE COMING FOR YA!

Last Friday marked our first Thinker Holiday of 2026 🎉 It's one of our favourite perks at Thinkific — extra paid days off during the year to recharge and spend time doing what our team loves most. Here's how Hommar Aviles, Product Support Specialist, spent his: "I travelled to Innisfil, Ontario, to visit a friend to spend the day recording vocals for our next song release. It was a day filled with happiness and friendship, working on a creative project! One of the highlights of the month! 🏃 Get REAL x Rainbow Railroad Virtual 5K To close out the month, Thinkers fundraised and walked 5km in Vancouver for The Get REAL Movement and Rainbow Railroad. What is Blue Sky Week? 👀 Check out our previous post 👉 https://lnkd.in/gmiiE_dJ What is so exciting about BSW at Thinkific? "This was my first BSW, and it was phenomenal! Getting a say in what we actually work on is such a huge motivator, coupled with collaborating across teams one doesn't interact with on a daily basis. Getting to hear fresh POVs and problems framed by people who see them from a completely different lens is half the value; the other half is just getting to see how much we can build in a week!" What team were you a part of and why did you join? "I was overeager and ended up joining both the Global Branding and Learner Engagement projects. Global branding features have been a concern that gets flagged by customers. BSW felt like the perfect place to make that dream come true, and we ended up picking up third place overall and second place in the People's Choice Awards! When I saw the Tim's pitch pop up on Learner Engagement, I was immediately curious to see what he had in mind. After our first call, it was clear that gamification was something our customers would benefit from in re-engaging their learners! Inspired by Strava, Duolingo and Japan's mascot culture, 'Fernando' was born and must be kept alive at all costs! We ended up taking second place overall, and I can't wait to keep building on this feature set in the months to come!" What is your favourite part of BSW and why? "The fact that there are no limits!
