Kicking off the year with some fantastic news that we are now at Gold partner status on the Veeam Cloud & Service Provider program. Our journey with Veeam started mid-2020 and 5 and half years on we've never looked back. Not only have the products and infrastructure been a significant improvement but the partner support from Veeam in technical, marketing and sales has helped us grow. Finding good partners is key to being able to operate efficiently and offer the service level our customers and ourselves expect. A significant part of my day to day is finding and building partnerships to ensure the team have the products and support that they need to deliver our services. It's something that I love doing and getting out to meet partners and discuss how we can work more together.

As the year comes to a close, we’d like to thank our clients and partners for trusting Vinters as your managed service provider throughout 2025. This achievement highlights your understanding of Microsoft 365 services and your dedication to staying ahead in a rapidly evolving tech landscape. Some times in business you make a change you wish you had of done sooner! For a while we talked about changing the way we collect customer feedback at Vinters to make it simpler and remove some ambiguity in what we asked. Originally we sent an e-mail that the case had been marked as resolved and that had a link in it that took you to a web page that had 5 different questions and a comments box. The new way - We reversed the e-mail we send first of all. We now send an e-mail that asks how we did as the main focus and mention the case was resolved. That e-mail now has the ability to click a good, average or poor icon directly in the e-mail and as soon as the web page opens it registers the click. You can then leave it at that point or add comments still. The result has been that our average response rate has more than tripled but in addition the number of comments being added has doubled. We also had a separate system for feedback before. It's now built directly out of Dynamics CE and integrated with our customer portal making the experience for both our clients and our operators much more consistent. In a service focused business feedback is crucial to working out what we're doing well and where we need to improve so this has been a vital change that I wish we had of done sooner!

To celebrate our 20th Anniversary, the team spent last Saturday at the Oval in London enjoying the Hundred cricket. The day was filled with sport, food, and great company.
