Our new YMC ChromaCon website is live🎉 We rebuilt it from the ground up so you can easily identify the right continuous chromatography solution to match your requirements - by molecule, by system, or by the support you need. New information architecture, a dedicated resource hub, and clearer application and system pages, all designed to help visitors fully understand the benefits of the Contichrom® platform, from lab to GMP production. On every page we highlight the peer-reviewed data, verifiable results, and real customer outcomes. A project like this only works with the right partner. Huge thanks to our design and development team at what. AG. - and to Pascal Schmid and Klara F., our main contacts throughout. A thoughtful, step-by-step approach at every stage led to a result we're really proud of, and their craft shows across the whole site. Take a look and tell us what you think - Link in the comments! #Chromatography #Biopharma #ContinuousChromatography #MCSGP

  • 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘄𝗲𝗯𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱𝗻'𝘁 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗮 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘂𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗮 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗵. We see it constantly: businesses that have modernized everything else – CRM, accounting, internal tools – but their website still works like it's 2015. Simple tasks like changing a product description or updating opening hours require filing a ticket or waiting for a developer. Janick Lüchinger, our website expert, puts it simply: "𝘔𝘰𝘴𝘵 𝘸𝘦𝘣𝘴𝘪𝘵𝘦𝘴 𝘥𝘰𝘯'𝘵 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘢 𝘥𝘦𝘴𝘪𝘨𝘯 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘣𝘭𝘦𝘮, 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘺 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘢 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬𝘧𝘭𝘰𝘸 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘣𝘭𝘦𝘮. 𝘛𝘩𝘦𝘺 𝘴𝘪𝘮𝘱𝘭𝘺 𝘵𝘢𝘬𝘦 𝘵𝘰𝘰 𝘮𝘶𝘤𝘩 𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘮𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘢𝘪𝘯." Modern website setups have eliminated this bottleneck between your team and getting things done. Teams can launch pages, edit copy, and adjust layouts without touching code or waiting on anyone. Faster-moving businesses haven't necessarily spent more on their website. They've just stopped tolerating workflows that waste their time. How much time does your team lose to website updates each week?

  • A strong example of how the right integration can remove friction and create real operational value. Great work by the team delivering a seamless Shopify and SAP S/4HANA connection for Rausch GmbH - Chocolate since 1918

Many companies run Shopify for E-Commerce and SAP S/4HANA for ERP — but without proper integration, teams end up juggling manual processes, duplicate data, and constant errors. In this case study, we built a custom connector for Rausch Schokoladen that bridges both worlds seamlessly. Disconnected systems led to: - Manual order processing - Inconsistent inventory & pricing - Limited scalability for growth The solution was developing a tailored Shopify–SAP S/4HANA integration designed around real business processes — not generic templates. This enables real-time synchronization of orders, products, customers & inventory, automated order-to-cash workflows as well as clean, reliable data across all systems. Standard connectors often fall short when complexity increases. Custom integrations unlock the flexibility by reducing manual effort & errors, make operations and fulfillment processes faster and build a scalable future for growth. 6 months off the podcast! I went from talking about growth to living it and executing it. Post-MBO, my focus was simple: fix the company, strengthen the foundations, build for scale. Less chat. More accountability and action. Now I’m back and I really missed it, finally published the next episode and have 15+ episodes already recorded with some of the biggest names in marketing & growth. Starting strong with Irina Nicoleta Scarlat 𝐋𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐬𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐔𝐛𝐞𝐫, 𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭 & 𝐁𝐢𝐭𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚: • Growth = disciplined problem solving • Execution beats hype • Focus on the few channels that really work • Do things that don’t scale (early) If you care about real growth, this one’s for you. • 🌍 Most Shopify merchants lose money on international sales without realizing it. 📉 They set up Shopify Markets, launch in Germany and Austria, and wonder why margins keep shrinking. The culprit? Pricing logic that looks simple but quietly kills profitability. Here's what we see constantly: Merchants use automatic currency conversion because it's easy. CHF prices convert to EUR automatically. Problem solved, right? Wrong. The strong Swiss franc means your EUR prices keep shifting. Customers see different prices every visit. Your margins shrink when exchange rates move against you. Fixed prices give you control but become a full-time job. Percentage adjustments offer a middle ground but still create uneven prices. There's no perfect solution – only the right one for your business model, team size, and risk tolerance. We've just published a detailed breakdown of all three pricing strategies, currency risks for Swiss retailers, and real-world examples. Read the full blog post here 👉 https://lnkd.in/gZ2irxvP How do you handle international pricing? #Shopify #ecommerce #internationalsales #ShopifyMarkets #ShopifyAgency

  • Your Content Management System shouldn't feel like a cage. For years, we bounced between WordPress, Django CMS, and custom builds. Each one came with its own set of issues – outdated plugins, clunky workflows, or endless maintenance headaches. Then we found Payload CMS, and honestly? It changed how we work. Here's what makes it different: 🚀 Modern tech stack (Node.js, TypeScript, React) our devs actually enjoy using 🔓 Headless architecture that works with any frontend ✨ Clean admin panel clients figure out in minutes, not hours 🛠️ Built for complex projects without the plugin chaos The result? We deliver faster, clients stay happy, and websites don't turn into maintenance nightmares two years later. Read why we switched and what it means for modern web projects 👉 https://lnkd.in/gycnWV-b What's your current CMS setup?
