Management Board
Prof. Dr. Joshua Lo is Chief Executive Officer of Leo International Precision Health AG, bringing more than 30 years of international leadership experience across technology, industry, and finance. He is a veteran corporate strategist with a proven record of large-scale organizational leadership, revenue growth, and cross-border capital markets execution. He combines deep capital markets expertise with a strong track record in corporate strategy, organizational scaling, and leading complex organizations.
He has served as Chief Executive Officer of five publicly listed companies in Germany and Taiwan, overseeing organizations operating across Asia, Europe, and the United States, in addition to holding President and Chairman roles in publicly listed and private multinational companies. Across these roles, he has led organizations with workforces exceeding 1,800 employees and managed business volumes of up to NTD 384 billion. Over the course of his executive career, Prof. Dr. Lo has successfully executed eight technology and financial M&A transactions in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Taiwan, including acquisitions, restructurings, and strategic integrations. These transactions include landmark integrations in both technology and banking sectors. Most recently, he has completed acquisitions of six majority shareholdings of AI-driven asset companies via a capital raise against contribution in kind for Leo International Precision Health AG.
Prior to joining Leo International Precision Health AG, Prof. Dr. Lo led Portwell Technology Group (TWSE: 6105), a globally active industrial computing company, and held senior leadership roles in industrial manufacturing, IoT, and smart technology businesses. Earlier in his career, he held executive positions at leading international financial institutions, including Citigroup, Standard Chartered Bank, and ABN AMRO, where he was involved in capital markets transactions, structured finance, cross-border mergers and corporate transformations. Across his career in the financial sector, he generated cumulative asset growth of approximately NTD 800 billion.
Alongside his corporate career, Prof. Dr. Lo is an EMBA and Management PhD professor specializing in capital markets, business model innovation, and strategic management at leading universities in Taiwan. He actively bridges academic research with real-world corporate governance and capital markets practice. He holds two doctoral degrees in Management and Communication and has received numerous significant industry and academic awards recognizing executive leadership, technological innovation, and corporate transformation, including the Taiwanese government’s "Taiwan Innovation" and “Best International Development” award as well as the “Excellent SME", "Best Business and Product", "National Branding" award and recognition as a “Spotlight Executive” nomination by the Taipei Stock Exchange.
Phillip Campbell is Chief Financial Officer of Leo International Precision Health AG, bringing more than two decades of experience in finance, tax, and legal advisory across corporate, transactional, and capital markets environments. He combines deep financial expertise with a strong legal background and a clear focus on governance, compliance, and value-oriented financial management.
Prior to and alongside his role at Leo International Precision Health AG, Mr. Campbell has held senior leadership and partner positions at leading German legal and tax advisory firms, including Campbell Hörmann Rechtsanwälte & Steuerberater, bks partners GmbH Steuerberatungsgesellschaft, and CdC Capital GmbH Steuerberatungsgesellschaft, where he has advised corporates and entrepreneurs on complex tax, corporate, and transaction-related matters. Earlier in his career, he served as Chief Financial Officer of TEEC GmbH and worked as a lawyer at LKC Kemper Czarske v. Gronau Berz, gaining broad operational, financial, and capital-markets experience across multiple industries.
Mr. Campbell is admitted to the German bar and has been a certified tax advisor since 2009. He regularly acts as a speaker and lecturer in tax law and has completed advanced executive leadership training. His international background and dual German–U.S. nationality support his work in cross-border structures and capital markets contexts.
Gary Cheng is Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Executive Management Board of Leo International Precision Health AG, bringing more than 30 years of international leadership experience across banking, capital markets, and corporate operations in Europe, Greater China, and Southeast Asia. He combines deep operational expertise with a strong understanding of corporate governance, M&A, compliance and capital markets in a cross-border setting.
Prior to joining Leo International Precision Health AG, Mr. Cheng held senior executive roles at leading financial institutions and investment platforms. He served as Regional Chief Executive for Southeast Asia, General Manager for Taiwan, and Deputy General Manager for the UK at The Bank of East Asia, overseeing multi-jurisdictional operations and regulatory relationships. More recently, he was Group CFO of Deluxe Technology Co. and continues to serve as a Partner at Canaan Capital/TXI Center, focusing on private equity, ESG-driven investments and fundraising and serves as Director and Supervisor of the equity investments.
At Leo International Precision Health AG, Mr. Cheng oversees group operations, governance frameworks, and cross-border corporate development, including compliance, risk management, and integration of international assets. He holds an MBA from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, and a BSc in Economics from the University of London, and brings an international background alongside his Singapore nationality, enabling him to bridge operational execution with capital markets and growth objectives.
Supervisory Board
Leo Wang serves as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Leo International Precision Health AG, bringing nearly 20 years of international leadership experience in building and scaling global businesses across Asia, Europe, and North America. He combines strong entrepreneurial vision with deep expertise in cross-border expansion, brand development, and strategic governance. He is the Founder of Leo International Group, which has performed the acquisition and integration of companies across different industries, such as asset management, technology, mobility, lifestyle services, and education.
Previously, he held senior executive roles at leading multinational companies, including Goodyear, Swarovski, and Swire Group, where he was responsible for large-scale regional operations, multi-country P&L management, and complex distribution and growth strategies across Asia-Pacific markets.
Mr. Wang holds an MBA in Marketing from the City University of New York, United States, an MBA in Global Business Management from Yuan-Zhi University, Taiwan as well as an Honorary Exchange Student Scholarship from Stanford University. He is recognized for his strong international perspective, strategic leadership, and commitment to long-term value creation.
Thomas Höder is a member of the Supervisory Board of Leo International Precision Health AG, contributing long-standing expertise in capital markets, banking, and corporate governance. He brings a strong analytical background combined with practical experience in advisory and oversight roles for listed companies.
He is Managing Director of Mercur Investment Solutions SE, where he advises companies on capital markets strategy and management consulting. Earlier in his career, Mr. Höder gained foundational experience in banking and financial oversight through roles at Bayerische Hypotheken- und Wechselbank (now UniCredit) and GVB Genossenschaftsverband Bayern, focusing on banking operations and audits.
Mr. Höder has served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of a company listed on the regulated market and currently holds additional board-level mandates, including management and supervisory board positions. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Technical University Bergakademie Freiberg, Germany, and is valued for his governance expertise, capital markets insight, and disciplined oversight approach.
Li-Mei Hung is a member of the Supervisory Board of Leo International Precision Health AG and an experienced executive with a background in the Taiwanese insurance sector, which forms part of the broader financial services industry, as well as institutional leadership, philanthropy, and education. She has held senior management positions at Cathay Life Insurance Company, Ltd. and Singfor Life Insurance Co., Ltd., culminating in her role as Deputy General Manager for the Taipei Region, reflecting senior-level leadership within the financial sector.
In 2001, Ms. Hung founded Fengyang Temple, which has since developed into a well- established institution with structured governance and long-term community impact, focused on cultural activities, community engagement, and educational initiatives. Drawing on her prior experience as a senior financial executive, she has provided organizational leadership and strategic direction to the institution. She has been involved in initiatives promoting cross-strait cultural exchange and constructive dialogue between religious and community organizations in Taiwan and mainland China.
In addition, Ms. Hung is actively engaged in philanthropic and educational activities. Under her leadership, the institution has supported a wide range of social welfare initiatives, including assistance for orphanages, elderly care homes, individuals with hearing and speech impairments, and homeless communities. She also supports charitable programs aimed at community development and educational advancement, including scholarships and foundation-based initiatives. Her work reflects a sustained commitment to social responsibility, inclusive social care, and long-term community cohesion.
Shahad Huang is a member of the Supervisory Board of Leo International Precision Health AG. Shahad Huang is Chief Executive Officer of the LEO International Foundation and an experienced international executive with expertise in strategy, brand development and organizational leadership.
Throughout her career, she has led brand innovation and strategic growth initiatives across multiple industries and has developed solid experience supporting international business expansion. She also brings valuable governance expertise through her leadership and board roles in international organizations, including serving as Director of the International Division and as a Supervisory Board member of the Taiwan Division of the International Supermodel Competition.
In recognition of her entrepreneurial achievements, Ms. Huang received the “Business Model Innovation Award” from the Taiwan Service Industry Development Association in 2018.
Ms. Huang holds an Executive Master of Science in Marketing from Baruch College in New York and has completed advanced executive programs at Peking University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University and National Taiwan University.
With her global perspective, cross-cultural management experience and expertise in strategic positioning and international growth, Ms. Huang provides valuable support to Leo International Precision Health AG as the Company continues to expand its global AI-driven precision healthcare platform.
