Today I was working with a company called to get our accounts set up. Navan sent a magic link to my email, so I checked in Canary Mail to see if I had received the magic link. Of course, I looked in the trash and spam, and even had it resend the link.
I then tried it with three different browsers and never received anything in Canary Mail, so I decided to log in to Gmail directly. Lo and behold, I had 10 emails from Navan that had not been sent through to Canary Mail. Extremely frustrated about this! How can this get solved ASAP?
