There should not be any restrictions on AUVs, multiple teams have managed to use the MRT. Make sure you carry the supporting documentation (letter, etc) so you can give context that you're traveling by MRT. There is usually one wide tap-in counter at the MRT which you can use for equipment - look for that (its usually close to the help counter). There may occasionally be security spot checks in MRT, but nothing to worry about. Be respectful and mindful of people's space while traveling in the MRT - if you travel during non-peak hours, you can avoid the crowds.
There is no time limit for each run, but the team can only do how many ever runs are possible within their qualification time slot (which as of 2022-2025 is 15-minutes)
Minor touches should be fine in the sense we wont disqualify the run or deduct a fixed amount, but it will count as bottom touch, so accordingly, it can incur the bottom-touch penalty or if it drags the drum around, the divers will abort based on their judgement, just as we do with auv touching bottom for long time, (see rulebook)
