I would agree the culture comes from top. I am adamant team sticks to 40 hours per week. I am former Big4 and nobody wants that crazy hour nonsense.

The smart people here are right. Don’t work in PowerBI just to fall back on doing it in Excel or manually. That defeats the purpose. “Calculate” formulas with filters and parameters can basically do anything.
