I've been looking into systems recently. Made the terrible decision of buying the collection for Traveller 5, and also went in to check out The Morrow Project.
Been doing some work on other sheets and also have made a CORPS one. I'm improving, but i still have to learn more about designing soon.

Terraced terrain
Mountaineous (poor) soil.
Producing lambs, potatoes, flax, chalk, pumice and silver. Has riding crows and riding bats...the latter produce guano (with the sheep), the former are useful during the day. Whenever possible, food is produced with big magnifying glasses to save on coal/wood (hard to obtain).
