@RGD_Jamaica I paid for a birth certificate on Aug 24. Payment taken, receipt saved — but your emails are rejecting, WhatsApp unresponsive & DMs blocked. How are applicants supposed to confirm if applications are logged, processed & sent?

I had an appointment with an ENT specialist last year who was dismissive, performed no assessments & concluded everything was fine. I felt like something wasn’t right & wanted a second opinion. I had an appointment today & I came out with 2 assessments & follow up booked.
