C LINE: On Friday, July 31, and Saturday, August 1, C Line trains will operate only between Norwalk and Crenshaw stations due to construction in the area. Hawthrone/Lennox and Aviation/Imperial stations will be closed.

Some most excellent news today: 5.7 miles of new bus priority bus lanes are now officially open on La Brea in both directions between Sunset and Olympic in cities of West Hollywood & L.A.

update! we've restored some of the service except for: B/D Lines: 7th/Metro to Westlake/MacArthur Station E Line: Jefferson/USC to Expo Park/USC if you're having issues, pls drop us comment and let us know your cell carrier. helps us troubleshoot.

The city of Los Angeles curfew in downtown LA remains in effect -- however Metro is resuming normal bus and rail service.

We're sorry for this evening's delays on A & E Lines. A person held doors open on a train for 15 minutes at Pico Station and we couldn't get trains around due to ongoing repair work. The issue has been resolved and trains are resuming every 20 minute service on both lines.
