Occasionally we get comments that our game looks like a direct copy or reskin of Hollow Knight. In truth, we’re much more inspired by Ghibli and Ori, and are going for a softer look with no lineart, but that makes little difference if HK is all the audience sees when they look at

Pre-production where we create the majority of the tooling: 8 months
Launch ready game: 3-4 years
