Today we learned we test more sperm daily than any fertility clinic and we freeze more sperm daily than any sperm bank. This is by year 3 of the company.

Today we had a client with 2.1 BILLION sperm count. Truly Olympian level. Extraordinary. I have never, in my life, seen a sperm count that high. Any ideas for what we should do about it? (Apart from making sure he knows the pull out method won't work for him)

And YES -- we've largely ignored male fertility until now, even though male fertility is about as important to female fertility for having a healthy baby ("It takes two to tango") (12/15)

I used to work in health & life sciences and specialized in Obamacare. It always blew my mind - especially living in Canada - that 2/3rds of bankruptcies in the US were due to healthcare costs. Insane! Obamacare at least implemented annual & lifetime limits on costs
