Crash rates are the best safety-centric metric we have. After excluding crashes that occurred while driving conventionally, AVs in CA crash every 40K miles, well above the national average. Very scary because testing occurs with professional drivers, whose job is to ensure safety

We’ve open sourced useful internal tools and are actively working to open source more. Releasing the full stack is a possibility, but not a priority.
