Join us for FDA Grand Rounds on July 23. Jason Flint, MBA, PMP, & Hina Mehta, Pharm.D., from CDER’s Division of Medication Error Prevention & Analysis will present strategies to identify & prevent medication errors in the premarketing/postmarketing spaces.
Promotional cover image for FDA Grand Rounds on a solid blue background. In the upper left, a dark navy rectangle contains the text "FDA Grand Rounds" in large white and bold white lettering. The FDA logo — a white square with "FDA" in blue — appears in the upper right corner. A continuous white line connects a series of minimalist line-art illustrations across the image: a tilted pill bottle with tablets spilling out, a small dropper bottle, a larger medicine jar, a laboratory microscope in the upper right, a coronavirus/pathogen particle in the lower left, and a handheld blood glucose monitor in the lower center-right.
