Install, run the three-step wizard, share the link. Reviews are stored in your database and displayed by blocks or shortcodes in any theme or builder.

Frequently asked questions about Admirly
What happens after one year?
The license renews automatically at the same price so you keep getting updates and support. You can turn off renewal anytime in your account; the plugin keeps working after expiry, you just stop receiving updates.
What counts as a site?
One WordPress installation. A multisite network counts each sub-site separately. Staging and local copies do not count: deactivate the license there or contact support.
Can I upgrade from 1 site to 5 later?
Yes. Upgrade from your account and pay only the prorated difference.
Do I lose reviews if I downgrade to Free?
No. All reviews, photos and videos stay in your database. The wall keeps showing every approved review; media, categories and the other Pro features are hidden until you activate Pro again.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards and PayPal, processed by Freemius. You receive an invoice for every payment.
Is there a lifetime license?
Not at the moment. Yearly pricing keeps the plugin maintained and compatible with new WordPress releases.
Is there a limit in the free version?
No. The wall and strip show every approved review, and submitting and approving is never limited. Pro adds media, categories, email alerts, schema and export.
Do reviewers need an account or email address?
No. The form asks for a name, a role, a rating and the review. No email, no registration. That is also why we never spam your customers.
Does it work with my theme?
Yes. Admirly only sets a primary color; fonts, sizes and spacing come from your theme. Blocks default to wide alignment so the wall fills the content area.
Does it work with Elementor, Divi or other builders?
Yes. Use the shortcodes [admirly_wall], [admirly_form] and [admirly_strip] in any text or shortcode widget.
Can I change roles, categories or the sub-field later?
Yes. Settings → Admirly → Fields lets you edit every list. Existing reviews keep their values; a removed option still shows its original label.
Does it work with WPML or Polylang?
Yes. Form texts and field labels are registered with String Translation, each review remembers its submission language, and you choose whether the wall shows all languages or only the current one.
Which data is stored?
Name, review text, rating, optional media, consent timestamp and a one-way hash of the IP address for spam protection. No email addresses. A suggested privacy-policy paragraph is provided under Settings → Privacy.
Does the plugin phone home?
Admirly uses the Freemius SDK for licensing and updates. On activation you can opt in to or skip anonymous usage tracking; nothing is sent without your consent.
How do I activate Pro?
Download the Pro zip from your account, install it like any plugin and paste your license key. The free version can stay installed; Pro replaces it in place.
Can I move my license to another site?
Yes. Deactivate the license on the old site (or from your account) and activate it on the new one.
Will reviews survive if I uninstall?
By default yes: deactivating or deleting the plugin keeps your data. If you want a clean removal, enable “delete all data on uninstall” in settings first.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, 14 days, no questions asked. Email support with your order number.
