Before anything changes, Ascripto reads the signatures your people send today and counts what has drifted:
31 of your 47 employees have off-brand signatures. 12 use the previous logo. 6 have no disclaimer. 9 have an outdated job title.
That audit is the first thing your trial shows you, and it stays free on every plan. On Microsoft 365 it fills in as people write in Outlook.
What it costs
You pay each month for the people whose signatures we delivered, and nobody else.

From the 51st seat each costs less, and a paid plan costs at least €5 a month. The audit, the signature builder and a preview for everyone are free on every plan. Prices are before VAT, the same number in euros and dollars.

Good to know
- People can still edit their own Gmail signature. If someone does, the audit tells you.
- The relay sits in your outgoing mail, so it is yours to switch on, deliberately. Nothing else needs it.
- Microsoft offers no way to read an Outlook signature from a server, so on Microsoft 365 our add-in reads it as people write.
