This is not about a vulnerability in CodeFloe. Most of the scraping traffic that hits us pretends to be an old Chrome, and real browsers update themselves within weeks, so the version check stops the scrapers while almost no person ever sees it.

We currently accept Chrome, Edge and other Chromium-based browsers from version 151, and Firefox from version 153 as well as Firefox ESR 153. Safari is not checked.
