Add one article resource using the documented title/date/link/type schema. The article explains prompt-scoped APIs, atomic snapshots and server-owned completion using Krillion as a disclosed project example. No product source code or site configuration changes.

Adds one article to the learning resources collection, following the README contribution format.
The article uses a browser word game to explain separation between the experience layer and versioned scoring APIs: prompt/date/version identity, atomic snapshot publication, stale-response handling, and server-owned completion. It includes a practical boundary-testing checklist and distinguishes the hybrid server-rendered implementation from a wholly prebuilt static site.

Scope: one new Markdown reference with title, publication date, link and article type; no application code, dependencies or configuration changes. The source diff contains seven added lines only. I checked the new article's immediate rendered content and its game/checker links; I have not run the Jamstack site build.
Contributor disclosure: I work on Krillion, the example project discussed in the article. This is a technical project note, not an independent endorsement or a benchmark.
