How it works
Indexaro is an indexing tool and Google index checker: it notifies search engines about your new and updated pages, reads each page’s index status from Google Search Console, and tracks whether ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini mention your brand.
Enter your domain and add one DNS record. Indexaro detects your DNS provider (Cloudflare, GoDaddy, Namecheap and more) and links you to the right settings page.
Search Console gives Indexaro Google’s index status. Add your Bing Webmaster API key and Yandex Webmaster if you use them.

No, and no honest tool can. Google, Bing and Yandex decide what to crawl and index. Indexaro tells them about your pages, then shows you what they decided, using their own data rather than ours.
For Google, from the Search Console URL Inspection API on sites you verify. Google allows 2,000 checks per site per day, and Indexaro keeps checking a submitted URL until Google decides. Bing status uses your Bing Webmaster API key, and Yandex status uses Yandex Webmaster.
Yes, as a best-effort extra. Google decides what it crawls and documents its Indexing API for job-posting and livestream pages, so our plans are not sized by a Google submission count. IndexNow (Bing, Yandex, Seznam, Naver, Yep) and Yandex recrawl requests work for every page.
You write the questions your customers ask. Indexaro runs them in ChatGPT (Free: 3 prompts, weekly) or in ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini (Pro: 20 prompts, daily; Agency: unlimited). It records when your brand is mentioned and when your site is cited as a source. AI answers change from run to run, so we report rates over many runs, not an "AI rank". Google AI Overviews are not tracked yet.
Tokens and keys are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, sessions are short-lived, and every action is written to your workspace audit log. You can remove Indexaro’s access in Search Console at any time.
