      Our Postgres instance experienced an I/O slowdown that cascaded up to the HTTP server as server-side errors. The instance has recovered, but we are still investigating how we got there so we can put the right measures in place to prevent it from happening again.

    2. Investigating.

      Our DB connection pool exhausted the Postgres database, and requests failed to execute, resulting in server-side errors. We are investigating why that happened.
