This team is incredibly customer focused.
We recorded another episode yesterday and I talked about how @sagtanih, who built & shipped self-hosted orbs last week, is now going all-in on helping customers successfully roll them out.
He partnered with early beta users and went
“We could take any person on the team and drop them in front of our most important customer and we would feel safe.” — @thorstenball
Plus @sqs on the unscheduled talk at a big bank that left him “serenely happy.”
