VaultlyKeep protects account data with authenticated access, database row-level access controls, private file storage, and time-limited signed image links. It also applies sign-in abuse protection and single-session enforcement. We never sell your data.
You can still view receipts created in your Free allowance, but you cannot add another Free receipt after all 10 slots have been used. Receipts created while Pro do not consume those slots and are preserved but locked if Pro later expires. Free receipts include up to 5 edits each, and deleting one does not restore its lifetime slot. Upgrading to Pro immediately removes the creation limit with no data loss.
Yes — the Pro plan includes household sharing for up to 5 users. Everyone in your household sees the same receipts, warranties, and reminders. Perfect for couples managing a home together or families tracking shared appliances and furniture.
When you save a receipt with valid warranty or return dates, VaultlyKeep schedules reminders before the deadline. Free users receive in-app reminders; Pro users can also enable push on supported devices. Each device needs its own permission and registration. Use JPG, PNG, GIF or WebP for the main receipt image and smart autofill. You can attach supporting PDFs and other accepted documents to the saved receipt; the picker shows the current file limits. Images may be optimized before storage. File-content checks help reject unsupported uploads but are not a guarantee that every file is harmless.
Yes, always. Cancel from Settings in one click — no email required, no retention flow, no dark patterns. You keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period, then move to the free tier automatically. Your data is never deleted on cancellation.
