Resend now supports the experimental OTP-Token header.
⚠️ note: not a single email client reads it yet.
the spec is very early, and the header name itself is still open to change.
Resend bug: header values with a double quote get RFC 2047-encoded, breaking the new OTP-Token header.

Inboxes can't parse it. Same with raw API + latest SDK
