The ccMixter Privacy Policy and Terms of Use have been updated — to demonstrate best practices and remain consistent with global standards.

Please note, there has been no actual change in the way ccMixter user data is being handled — which has remained safeguarded at the same high standard since ArtisTech Media assumed operations of ccMixter in 2009. Only the disclosures themselves have been expanded, to be even more transparent in a way that is consistent with other sites in the Creative Commons community.
