*The standard fee for hiring a 1099 worker is 35%. In situations where an individual worker is paid less than $72, a minimum $25 transaction fee will be charged in lieu of the standard rate. In situations where a background check was requested and an individual worker is paid less than $100, the minimum transaction fee is $35.

**The standard fee for hiring a W-2 worker is 45%. In situations where an individual worker is paid less than $100, a minimum $45 transaction fee will be charged in lieu of the standard rate.
