    Hi,

I recently got a Google Search Console error that the ‘noindex’ tag is preventing my website from being indexed. When inspecting the page, I found that the AddToAny Share Buttons plugin added this tag to the page. Is there a way to disable this? I really do like using this plugin!

Here is a screenshot of the code which appears near the end of the <body> tag.

    Hi Adam,

That noindex only applies to AddToAny’s utility page on the addtoany.com domain (within the iframe) — it doesn’t apply to your site at all.

That does make sense, however, I don’t have a noindex meta tag anywhere else on the page. I think Google’s a bit odd when it comes to throwing errors.

Yeah, it wouldn’t be Google Search Console’s first bug.
