The Commander (real name: Danielle Mendelson) is the secondary antagonist of the 2020 film, 100% Wolf.

She has fair skin and wears a white cardigan with buttons and black shoes. At first, she also wears a blonde wig. When this wig is blown away, it's revealed that she's actually bald.
Personality[]
She has an arrogant, selfish and rude personality as both she and hotspur share the same sick pleasure in torturing and mistreating animals for fun.
while she is doing her job to capture all the dogs of the town, mendelson goes above the law and is utterly ruthless, aggressive, prejudicial, determined, and relentless in her goals.
