Which course should I start first?
That depends on your background. If you mainly want to analyze and interpret process data, we recommend the Analyst course for your BI platform (Power BI or Qlik Sense). If you want to technically build and implement Process Mining, the Data Engineer course is the right choice.
How long does a course take?
The courses are self-paced – you learn at your own speed. Depending on prior knowledge and available time, you can complete a program in a few hours or spread it over several weeks.
What is the difference between Analyst and Data Engineer?
The Analyst course is aimed at users who want to read, understand, and use Process Mining dashboards for decisions – without deep technical knowledge. The Data Engineer course is for technical profiles who build Process Mining solutions themselves, develop data models, and configure ETL processes.
Do I need the Process.Science software beforehand?
No. You can start the courses regardless of whether you already use Process.Science. The content provides valuable Process Mining knowledge even if you are only considering the software. A free trial license can be requested at any time.
