Project Director
Roger is an architect, graduated from ETSAV in Barcelona, with over 25 years of international experience in architecture and design. His work spans Europe, North Africa, and South-East Asia, ranging from large-scale masterplans to residential and retail developments. He has collaborated with renowned practices including RCR Arquitectes, Ricardo Bofill Taller de Arquitectura, and Gilles Clément. Roger is currently a partner at 380–750, a lighting consultancy firm, where he combines architectural vision with technical precision.
Office Manager & HR (NL)
Céline joined the company in 2021 as Office Manager and has since expanded her role to also include Human Resources. She entered the architecture field in 2008, building her expertise in office operations and organizational management through her work at West 8 and MVRDV, where she gained deep insight into dynamic, design driven environments. Céline brings structure, efficiency, and a people focused approach to the team, supporting daily operations and long term organizational development.
Senior Architect & Project Director
With his experience designing and building in the Netherlands, he was working at several international offices, where he led large-scale projects across Europe, the Middle East, and South-East Asia. His portfolio includes complex developments such as a new metro network and multiple high-rise towers, guiding projects through all phases from concept to construction while coordinating multidisciplinary teams. René studied Architecture at the Technical University of Delft where he has found his interest in combining technical aspects with aesthetic quality.
Design Director
Gianluca joined ADS74 in 2022 as Design Director & Project Manager, following a long-standing collaboration with Alessandro De Santis that began in 2018. Prior to this, he contributed to several internationally recognized projects at OMA, gaining extensive experience in complex, large-scale design environments. Gianluca studied architecture at the University of Rome, Italy, where he built the strong conceptual and technical foundation that continues to shape his approach today.
Managing Director
Adnan is a RIBA Chartered Architect and Project Director with over 22 years of experience delivering landmark projects across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, the broader Middle East, and Australia. His portfolio spans some of the region’s most ambitious developments, including NEOM International Airport, Discovery Tower and Mountain Observatory in Trojena, RAK Central Square, The Galleria Mall Dubai, and the Capella and Four Seasons Hotels in Diriyah. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership roles at leading multidisciplinary firms in Dubai and founded a boutique design and build company in Melbourne specialising in bespoke luxury homes. He is also a licensed builder in Australia and registered architect for unlimited floors from Dubai Municipality.

Alessandro De Santis is an Italian architect leading ADS74, a multidisciplinary studio creating transformative, human-centred, and socially responsible architecture rooted in visionary thinking and sustainable design. His work bridges art, engineering, and urban culture to shape bold, future‑oriented environments across the globe.
