I'm new here, I don't watch anime much I'm to busy thinking of my own but not starting to make all day

I want to do animations with OCs and stuff. But traditional 2d animation takes too long. Not to mention drawing consistently is a pain for a newbie like me. I tried finding a app with I can make a character and then use it easily, but the only app I can find that matched was Gacha-Life. Sure, Gacha Life's reputation isn't as bad as it was years ago and there are good gacha creators. But I want to look for alternatives first before playing a death-defenying stunt with my reputation.
