A truly British company, ASD Lighting designs, develops and manufactures products from our 200,000 sq ft factory in the heart of South Yorkshire.

Box Making Machine
At the height of the pandemic, we decided to invest in a box making machine due to low availability of box supplies.
This enabled us to keep supporting our customers during this very demanding period!
Poured Gasket Line
In 2020 we brought the formed-in-place gasket facility in-house. Refining our processes to decrease production times.
Mouldshop - Injection Moulding Facility
Continued investments to our injection moulding facilities in 2019 is one of many reasons that lead us to produce products of the highest quality.
Powder Coating Line
In 2019 we brought the powder coating process in-house, reducing delays, costs, materials, handling, and even carbon footprint.
Collaborative Robot Arms
As an ever-evolving company we like to push boundaries and utilise the latest technology. That's why in 2018 we worked with Reeco to introduce two collaborative robot arms (cobots - nicknamed Robbie and Roberta) to automate the repetitive jobs, freeing up production staff to work further down the line, reducing production times.

ASD Lighting is proud to showcase its state of the art SMT Laboratory located in-house at our Rotherham based factory.
