Please note – plans are not online coaching.

The Plans option consists of custom, stand-alone plans without the on-going coaching element or chat system. These are suitable if you don’t require the accountability or guidance but would still like a fully tailored and bespoke training and/or nutrition plan to take you to your goals.

Online Coaching

Your diet plan is customised based on your goal and preferences. I will of course take into consideration things such as allergies, time for cooking, money for grocery shopping and more.

It does not matter how much experience you have in the gym. I will make sure the program you get will fit your level and take into consideration injuries.

You get 1-to-1 coaching by me including video content and regular personal updates.

You get your own online VIP-client page, where you have to do weekly check-ins. I use that information to adjust your training and diet.

My goal is to help you realise yours. Based on your progression I will change your diet and training every 4 weeks.

You get access to my app, where you can see your plans, follow your progression and chat with me.

About

Me

I was born & raised in Zimbabwe, where I had an active childhood and played many sports during my schooling career. I then moved to the UK in 2010 to finish high school & attend university, where I studied Mechanical Engineering.

I lost interest in sports after school but still wanted to keep active, so I started working out, which quickly became a huge passion of mine. I founded & ran a fitness society at University and in doing so, realised I wanted to pursue a career in fitness and help others reach their goals.

I am now a qualified Personal Trainer, Nutritionist & Online Coach. I have also competed in several triathlons; bodybuilding shows and powerlifting competitions. I thrive on challenging myself to get better at everything I do and enjoy sharing my passion for progress with my clients.

I take a scientific approach to training & nutrition and combine it with real world experience, to ensure my clients reach their goals effectively, whilst making the process as enjoyable as possible. I specialise in muscle gain, fat loss & bodybuilding competition prep, but I have worked with a wide range of people with varying goals & abilities.
