5 years ago I asked this very question and set myself the challenge of spending a full year focusing on a single sync thread to see where it would lead me.
I read through some of my old blog posts and decided that Keeping Track of the Cat, written in 2009, was fertile ground for a new video.
The premise is simple.
DNA contains the word CAT (taken from the base pairings GCAT) and when unravelled the DNA strand resembles a Train Track.
Over the following months I did a deep dive into the pattern, watching dozens of movies, both good and bad, and came up with a 10 minute video
that I was proud of.
But then some weird and wonderful things started creeping in. Wherever I found references to Cats and the Track I found syncs involving Boxes. Or Adam and Eve. Even my own surname (via the band Aerosmith) entered the pattern and before I knew it I had a 30 minute video, then a 40 minute video and it just kept snowballing.
When I had an hours worth of footage, and feeling slightly overwhelmed by the whole undertaking, I politely asked the universe
to stop with the synchronicities so that I could catch up with the
editing and actually share some of the footage.
There was one point early in the process where I was working on a section of video involving Uma Thurman. I felt like I had too much footage on her so was trying my best to scale things back. For this reason I deliberately avoided watching Kill Bill because deep down I knew there would be synchronicities in the movie which would find their way into my already bloated video so I firmly said Nope..not watching it.
Then the very next week this riot happened which dominated the UK headlines.
So I submitted and thought fuck it, I'll watch Kill Bill.
And I'm glad I did because I'd seen this movie maybe 2 or 3 times in the past but I'd never once noticed the word CAT on Uma's iconic jumpsuit sitting above what could be interpreted as a Train Track.
And that's generally how things played out while making of the Cat on the Track videos. I felt like I was being steered in certain directions and tried my best to go with the flow.
So I dropped the first 3 videos back in 2023 then took a 3 year hiatus when I realised I was burning myself out and needed to step away for a while.
Having recharged I figured I'd revisit the videos, give them a final polish, and make them public.
So for anyone interested here is the latest batch and I hope you enjoy them as much as I enjoyed making them.
You might have noticed that interest in the interstellar comet 3i/ATLAS has been growning over the last few months. I've deliberately remained ignorant on the subject, staying away from any articles or click bait videos mentioning alien invasions and the like, and never thought I'd be writing a post on the subject. Yet here I am, a willing passenger on the 3i/ATLAS hype train.
My interest piqued when I came across Joe Rogan's interview with Avi Loeb, astrophysicist and Professor of Science at Harvard University, so figured what the heck, let's see what all the fuss is about.
I'm going to riff on some of the ideas that Avi Loeb's shares in the Rogan interview so it's worth a watch if you want some background context.
If you're impatient like me and you've already skipped the video that's fine as I'll cover the basics.
3i/ATLAS was discovered on July 1st 2025 and is thought to be around 7 - 10 billion years old. Travelling at around 130,000 mph the comet is the fastest moving object ever observed in our solar system (it could circle the Earth every 11 minutes) and is estimated to weigh an impressive 33 billion tonnes and is somewhere between 5 - 12 km wide.
Here's an arists impression.
Spectographs have shown that 3i/ATLAS contains a high
percentage of the metal nickel, with almost no iron, which is unlike any other
comet or asteroid studied to date. Avi Loeb states that the nickel/iron ratio is usually only seen in metal alloys which have been through an industrial manufacturing process (for aircraft etc) suggesting that 3i/ATLAS could have been designed by intelligent life.
The high metal content is just one of a number of anomalies - documented here - which has lead to some wild theories and creative reimaginings of the comet.
I personally don't think we're f*cked and based on what I've learned I'm confident that 3i/ATLAS is a comet, albeit a very unusual one. Even Avi Loeb admits that the chances of it being an alien spaceship are infinitesimal but says that the theory can't be ruled out completely due to the lack of data.
Regardless, I decided to play around with the idea and this is where it lead me.
So what can synchronicity tell us about our interstellar visitor?
If you're buckled in let's take a look at 3i/ATLAS through the lens of Jennifer Lopez.
She plays the character ATLAS Shephard in this movie.
ATLAS refers to the network of telescopes that detected the comet in July 2025 - the Asteroid Terrestrial-impact Last Alert System (ATLAS) program.
3i means that the comet is only the 3rd interstellar object, that we're aware of, to have entered our Solar System.
In the Rogan interview Avi Loeb compares 3i/ATLAS with the size of Manhattan.
In the Maid in Manhattan poster we see a roll of paper towels next to JLO.
The towels are highlighted by the letters AI.
AI stands for Artificial Intelligence but also points to Alien Intelligence.
This brings us to an article by Avi Loeb - Rendezvous with 3i/ATLAS - in which he associates 3i/ATLAS with the alien spaceship from this Arthur C. Clarke novel.
Rendezvous with Rama - when a colossal smooth metal cylinder enters our Solar System a group of human explorers intercept
the interstellar object. In an attempt to unlock its mysteries they discover that the spaceship, named after the Hindu god Rama, was constructed by intelligent beings.

We see another gentle nod to Rama via JLO's metal flask.
Moving on...
In 1977 a strong narrowband radio signal was picked up by the Ohio State University's Big Ear radio telescope causing a big stir in the scientific community.
Avi Loeb speculates that 3i/ATLAS could have been the source of the WOW! signal as the comets trajectory
aligns with the signals origin by only a 9-degree margin.
I have no idea what a 9-degree margin means in relation to the great expanse of the cosmos but I like how
WOW = MOM
The MOM! signal.

What can Jane Fonda tell us about Mother Ships?
Well she played the Queen of the Galaxy in 1968 cult classic Barbarella.
In this poster we see Jane's head framed by concentric circles...
...echoing the alien interior of Arthur C. Clarke's cylindrical Rama.
And I like how she travels our Solar System on a giant space rock.
But that's enough about Jane Fonda.
Let's bring this back to Jennifer Lopez.
And the movie Home.
JLO plays the MOM character.
She makes contact with AI.
And we find another nod to Rama...
...this time via the metal trash can.
There's also this fire hydrant.
Notice how the hydrant, complete with breasts and nipple chains, is distinctly feminine.
The hydrant, like JLO's flask, is a source of Water.
If you play with WATER it becomes MATER
'Mater' is the Latin word for 'Mother'.
JLO voiced the MOM in Home and also did the main theme song.
In the Feel The Light music video she watches as an interstellar object travels towards Mother Earth.
We see a blue comet fly past...
...and we see JLO singing at the railings of the Mother Ship.
Which gives off strong Titanic vibes.
I'm King of the World
I'm Queen of the Galaxy!
And brings us to Ice Age 4: Continental Drift.
Notice the ship is on collision course with an iceburg.
In the movie Jennifer Lopez voices the character Shira.
Why is this relevant to 3i/ATLAS ?
Well the comet was first observed in July of 2025.
Then in August the Alien Earth TV show made it's debut.
Ice Age 4: Continental Drift is referenced several times in Alien Earth.
While watching Alien Earth I figured that the creators had included Ice Age: Continental Drift in the early episodes as an easter egg, or hidden message which might make sense in later episodes, but having finished the series I'm still none the wiser.
And this is one of the reasons why I love synchronicity.
It can give meaning to something that, on the surface, appears meaningless.
In this case it connects Jennifer Lopez once again with the theme of Alien contact.
We see a similar spiral in the Home logo.
Alien Earth kicks off when a space ship, carrying a cargo of aliens, enters our Solar System and soon finds itself on collision course with Home.
So it's worth mentioning Ice Age: Collison Course.
Also starring JLO.
While thinking about this movie it dawned on me that she was married to Ben Affleck.
He knows all about collision courses in RAMA-geddon.
With these dangling threads in mind let's do a deep dive on Rama.
I've already mentioned that the alien object in Rendezvous with Rama is named after the Hindu god.
Notice how JLO's giant Avatar, or Higher Self, is blue.
Also notice how the diamond necklace floating above her head creates a Halo effect,
giving the impression that she's day dreaming about heavenly matters...
...and brings to mind the blue-skinned god in the Watchmen.
Dr. Manhattan
Let's see where this takes us by looking at the 3rd eye/ATLAS timeline.
In October the Perseverance rover took this photo from the surface of Mars.
3i/ATLAS passed inside the orbit of the Red Planet.
In the Watchmen series Dr. Manhattan settles on Mars.
He builds his base inside a smiley-shaped crater.
And in the last panel we see a giant space rock floating past Mars.
Given this context the blood drop over the eye, an iconic symbol in the Watchmen series, could be interpreted as a nod to 3i/ATLAS, it's October fly-by of Mars, and also to it's recent transformation.
When first observed comet 3i/ATLAS appeared red due to its reddish, oxidised surface. This red color shifted to a bluer, more typical comet appearance in
mid-August 2025, which scientists believe was caused by the eruption of
icy grains from its surface. This eruption overwhelmed the red dust,
changing the color of its coma as it got closer to the Sun and became
more active.
Actor Billy Crudup played the role of Dr. Manhattan.
In Hello Tomorrow we see a comet passing over him.
Billy Crudup also starred in Alien Covenant.
I've always wondered what the weird flute scene was all about...
...and I think it might have something to do with the Hindu god Krishna.
From what I've read Rama (order) and Krishna (chaos)are two sides of the same coin.
Both blue-skinned gods are Avatars of Lord Vishnu.
On December 19th comet 3i/ATLAS will arrive at it's closest point to Earth.
December 19th sees the release of the new Avatar.
SpongeBob: Search for Squarepants also comes out December 19th.
Arrrr you ready for the Mother Ship?
Krishna's flute signals the arrival.
Space Helmets must be worn at all times.
When the ship starts syncing make sure all 3 eyes are open.
And remember to drink plenty of Water/Mater/MOM/WOW!
Before things get sillier let's round things off by looking at the trajectory of 3i/ATLAS.
In November 3i/ATLAS will pass through the constellation of Virgo.
In December, around Christmas time, 3i/ATLAS will touch the paw of Leo.
We see the path of 3i/ATLAS mapped onto JLO's Halo.
The arrow points to the present moment.
Her crowning achievement.
An interstellar marriage between Heaven and Earth.
I don't know what I'm trying to say...but there's a nice Ring to it.
All it takes is a slight shift in perspective and you can see Rama...
