Duties and Responsibilites:

Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, public relations, or equivalent work experience
    • 7+ years of marketing/advertising experience in an agency setting
    • 9+ years relevant work experience across Digital, 1to1 marketing, creative, social, paid media, MarTech and CRM, with a heavy emphasis and interest in the digital strategy required to execute in these channels
    • Passion for learning the client’s business, including company business goals and objectives, products, markets, brand positioning, competitive landscape, industry, distribution, etc.
    • Strong storytelling and PowerPoint presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
    • Experience advising clients or stakeholders on how to effectively leverage marketing technology to achieve business outcomes
    • Ability to translate complex technical and data concepts into clear, compelling client-facing narratives and strategic recommendations

Compensation:

    The Marketing Automation Engineer position is a key role within our growing Salesforce Practice. This role will support the Solution Architect on complex Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations and existing client work, serving as the technical advisor and expert on the platform development abilities.
