Boomkey for Mac
Fix text typed in the wrong keyboard layout with a single shortcut.

Fix text typed in the wrong keyboard layout with a single shortcut.
Boomkey fixes text you typed in the wrong keyboard layout. You start typing without checking which layout is active, end up with gibberish, and normally you'd delete it and retype the whole thing. Boomkey converts it back to what you meant with one shortcut, in place, no retyping.
It works across apps using the macOS Accessibility API, with a clipboard fallback for Chrome and Electron apps where direct injection isn't possible. It handles non-QWERTY physical layouts like Turkish F and AZERTY, not just standard QWERTY. Smart field detection skips email, URL, password, and code editor fields, so it won't touch text you didn't mean to convert.
Everything runs on-device. Boomkey makes only two external requests in total: one to validate your license and one to check for updates. No keystrokes, no text, nothing else leaves your Mac.
